Picking from the best B2B SEO agencies got harder, because the work itself is changing. More and more of your buyers ask ChatGPT or skim an AI Overview before your sales team hears a word. So we compared 16 agencies on the questions that decide the next twelve months: who actually specializes in B2B, what entry really costs, and who can show work in AI answers, not just rankings.
Before anything else, the conflict of interest: this list is ours, and COSEOM® sits at number one. We applied the same checklist to ourselves as to the other fifteen, published it below, and left the ratings we could not verify out of the article entirely. No agency paid anything. There are no affiliate links.

How we chose the agencies
Every agency on this page was verified on its own live website on August 19, 2026. That step sounds trivial. It is not: one well-known candidate turned out to be a dead domain redirecting to its founder’s personal LinkedIn profile. We only caught it because we loaded the domain. Two more candidates were dropped, one as a pure link-building shop, one because its site blocks verification.
Data table
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| agencies verified live on their own websites | 16 |
| candidates dropped: one dead domain, one link-only shop, one unverifiable site | 3 |
Four criteria ordered the shortlist. Real B2B specialization, stated on the agency’s own pages rather than implied by a logo wall. A pricing signal a buyer can act on, whether a published retainer or a verified minimum project size. Evidence of AI-search work, since your category pages now compete inside ChatGPT and AI Overviews as well as on page one. And a track record we could date. Ratings appear only where we loaded the Clutch profile ourselves and saw the number; where a profile showed zero reviews, we say nothing rather than borrow a figure.

1. COSEOM®
COSEOM® is a B2B-only agency that runs SEO and AI-search visibility as one program, natively in every market you sell in, from Barcelona, San Francisco and Bangkok. Founded in 2008, we have managed $15M+ USD in ad budget alongside organic work, and we hold Google Partner status. The proof we point to is our own site: it runs live in every language we work in, each with its own keyword research, which is the exact discipline we sell. If your growth plan crosses borders, that is the test to hold any agency to; our guide to international SEO agencies shows how we grade it. For scope and deliverables, see our SEO services.
HQ: Barcelona, Spain. Founded: 2008. Pricing: retainer, scoped per market. Best for: B2B companies that need SEO and AI-search visibility across several markets
2. Directive
Directive treats SEO as one lever inside a full performance stack for B2B tech, next to paid media, content and RevOps. Founded in 2013 in Irvine, it reports 100+ strategists and 420+ brands served, and its Clutch profile showed 4.8 stars across 56 reviews when we checked in August 2026.
HQ: Irvine, California. Founded: 2013. Pricing: not published. Best for: mid-market and enterprise B2B tech buying SEO inside a broader performance engagement
3. Siege Media
Siege Media built its name on content and digital PR, and now leads with “we make brands the answer in search.” The Austin agency claims over $148,646,000 in yearly client traffic value on its homepage. Its Clutch profile reads 4.9 stars from 47 reviews, minimum project $5,000+, as of August 2026.
HQ: Austin, Texas. Founded: 2012. Pricing: Clutch min project $5,000+. Best for: SaaS and fintech brands buying content-led SEO with digital PR
4. Victorious
Victorious is unusually blunt about money: its own homepage recommends budgeting at least $6,000 a month for twelve months. The 2013-founded firm sells enterprise and technical SEO plus AI visibility, and its Clutch profile carries 4.8 stars across 119 reviews with a $50,000+ minimum project size, both checked August 2026. The gap between those two numbers is worth noticing: the published floor and the engagements it actually lists on Clutch sit far apart.
HQ: San Francisco, California. Founded: 2013. Pricing: from $6,000/mo per its own guidance. Best for: enterprise and technical SEO in regulated verticals
5. First Page Sage
First Page Sage sells thought-leadership SEO to enterprises with long sales cycles, and doubles as the industry’s most-quoted publisher of SEO pricing research. Its own agency survey puts full-service firms at $12,000+ per month. Clutch lists its minimum project at $10,000+.
HQ: Berkeley, California. Founded: 2009. Pricing: Clutch min project $10,000+. Best for: enterprise B2B where executives’ expertise becomes the content
6. Skale
Skale measures SEO in SQLs, pipeline and revenue rather than traffic, and builds what it calls organic growth engines for SaaS, AI search included. Fair warning on transparency: the site publishes no address, no founding year and no pricing, so every one of those conversations starts from zero.
HQ: not published. Founded: not published. Pricing: not published. Best for: SaaS teams that want SEO goals written as pipeline goals
7. Omniscient Digital
Omniscient Digital works only with B2B software companies and says so, covering SEO strategy, content production, technical work and GEO. Full-service engagements start at a published $10,000 a month. Founded in 2019, Austin-based.
HQ: Austin, Texas. Founded: 2019. Pricing: from $10,000/mo. Best for: B2B software companies building content into a growth channel
8. Grow & Convert
Grow & Convert is the originator of “pain point SEO” by its own account, the bottom-of-funnel strategy half the industry now quotes, and runs conversion-first content programs with its own AI-visibility tool. Clutch shows 4.8 stars from 10 reviews and a $10,000+ minimum project, checked August 2026.
HQ: San Diego, California. Founded: 2017. Pricing: Clutch min project $10,000+. Best for: SaaS teams that want leads from content, not traffic reports
9. Animalz
Animalz is the editorial house of B2B SaaS content: AEO, survey-driven research, executive thought leadership. It started in NYC in 2015 and went fully remote. Expect craft over volume, and expect to ask for the price.
HQ: remote, NYC roots. Founded: 2015. Pricing: not published. Best for: SaaS brands buying high-end editorial and thought leadership
10. Powered by Search
Powered by Search wires SEO into a demand generation system for B2B SaaS, with paid media and ABM in the same machine, and puts a pledge on its homepage: 30% more sales-ready opportunities in 90 days, guaranteed. It has run since 2009 from Toronto with a remote team across 8+ countries.
HQ: Toronto, Canada. Founded: 2009. Pricing: Clutch min project $5,000+. Best for: B2B SaaS wiring SEO into pipeline systems
11. Ten Speed
Ten Speed is the youngest firm here, founded 2020, and it planted its flag on the newest ground: visibility across Google and LLMs together, backed by original research and digital PR. It claims $50M+ in organic-sourced ARR for clients on its own site.
HQ: Chicago, Illinois. Founded: 2020. Pricing: Clutch min project $5,000+. Best for: PLG and SaaS teams treating Google and LLM visibility as one channel
12. RevenueZen
RevenueZen does the rarest thing in this market: it publishes its whole price list. Six tiers run from $3,000 to $15,000 per month, from four articles a month up to original research and AI visibility audits, month-to-month or discounted on longer terms. Its Clutch profile shows 4.9 stars from 38 reviews, August 2026.
HQ: Portland, Oregon. Founded: 2017. Pricing: published tiers, $3,000 to $15,000/mo. Best for: buyers who want the retainer ladder in writing before the first call
13. Ignite Visibility
Ignite Visibility is the volume-and-breadth pick: full-service digital marketing with a large B2B practice, Google Premier Partner status, and the lowest verified entry point on this list at a $1,000+ Clutch minimum. Its 175 Clutch reviews average 4.8 stars, the deepest verified review base here.
HQ: San Diego, California. Founded: 2013. Pricing: Clutch min project $1,000+. Best for: mid-market B2B consolidating SEO with other channels
14. NoGood
NoGood runs growth squads, not retainers by the page: SEO and AEO sit next to paid, creative and analytics in one pod. The price of that model is on its site: the average retainer runs above $20,000 a month. NYC-based since 2016, with Miami and Dubai offices.
HQ: New York, NY. Founded: 2016. Pricing: average retainer $20,000+/mo. Best for: venture-backed brands buying a full growth squad
15. SimpleTiger
SimpleTiger has sold SaaS SEO since 2006, longer than most of this list has existed, and repositioned early around AI search. It pairs SEO and AEO with PPC and content for funded startups through mid-market. Clutch: 4.9 stars, 32 reviews, $5,000+ minimum, August 2026.
HQ: Sarasota, Florida. Founded: 2006. Pricing: Clutch min project $5,000+. Best for: SaaS companies from seed to mid-market
16. Ironpaper
Ironpaper puts SEO inside a lead generation and ABM machine for complex sales: IoT, IT, energy, anything with a nine-month buying committee. A 70-person US team, HubSpot Diamond partner, operating since 2003, with a Clutch minimum of $25,000+.
HQ: New York, NY. Founded: 2003. Pricing: Clutch min project $25,000+. Best for: B2B companies with long, complex sales processes
What a B2B SEO retainer costs in 2026
You can triangulate the market from what these agencies themselves publish. RevenueZen’s public ladder runs $3,000 to $15,000 a month. Victorious tells buyers to budget at least $6,000 a month. Omniscient starts full-service work at $10,000. NoGood’s average sits above $20,000. And First Page Sage’s own survey of the industry puts full-service firms at $12,000+ per month, with mid-tier content-plus-technical work at $3,500 to $7,500.
The verified Clutch minimum project sizes spread even wider, from $1,000+ at Ignite Visibility to $50,000+ at Victorious. Read that spread as a positioning signal. A $5,000 minimum usually means a book of many mid-size accounts; a $50,000 minimum usually means few, deep engagements. Neither is better. One of them fits your deal size and the other does not, which is why we built our B2B SEO strategy guide around sales motion first and channel second.
Data table
| Agency | Minimum project size, USD |
|---|---|
| Ignite Visibility | 1,000 |
| Siege Media, Omniscient, Powered by Search, RevenueZen, SimpleTiger, Ten Speed | 5,000 |
| First Page Sage, Grow & Convert | 10,000 |
| Ironpaper | 25,000 |
| Victorious | 50,000 |
Specialist or full-service: pick the failure you can live with
The specialists here (Grow & Convert, Animalz, Omniscient, Skale, Ten Speed) go deep on one motion and stay honest about what they do not do. The full-service firms (Directive, Ignite, NoGood, Powered by Search) coordinate SEO with paid and lifecycle, which saves you being the integration layer between three vendors. The specialist’s failure mode is a blind spot outside its lane. The classic full-service failure mode is a B-team on your account while the A-team serves a bigger logo. Ask directly who works your account, and at what seniority. For SaaS buyers weighing the broader agency landscape, our list of best B2B marketing agencies covers the full-stack question properly.
Where international changes the pick
Nearly every agency above is US-headquartered, and the default scope usually follows: one language, one market, one Google. The moment your pipeline crosses a border, the job changes. Keyword research stops translating cleanly, hreflang becomes an engineering topic, and your German buyer reads a different AI answer than your American one. That work is our home turf: B2B SaaS SEO programs that treat each market as its own keyword universe. If that is your situation, weigh the international shortlist separately rather than asking a domestic agency to stretch.
Five questions that expose a weak SEO agency
Ask what they would deprioritize in your current plan; strong agencies cut before they add. Then get specific about AI surfaces: which ones do they track, with what tooling, because “we do AEO now” without a dashboard is a slogan. Third, the retainer’s unit economics: what one ranking page costs to produce, end to end. Fourth, who owns the content and the data at exit. Save the sharpest for last: name one engagement that failed and why. That question filters fastest. Agencies that have never failed have never measured.
FAQ: choosing a B2B SEO agency
How much does a B2B SEO agency cost per month?
Published figures on this list run from $3,000 a month at the bottom of RevenueZen’s ladder to average retainers above $20,000 at NoGood. Industry survey data from First Page Sage puts full-service firms at $12,000+ per month. In our experience, under $3,000 you are buying deliverables, not strategy.
What makes an SEO agency genuinely B2B?
Look for sales-cycle thinking: content mapped to buying committees, lead quality measured past the form fill, and reporting that talks pipeline rather than sessions. An agency that celebrates traffic without ever asking about your deal size is, in practice, a B2C shop wearing B2B logos.
Do these agencies handle AI search as well as Google?
Increasingly yes, and we filtered for it. Siege Media, Victorious, First Page Sage, Ten Speed, SimpleTiger and COSEOM® all name AI-search or answer-engine work as a core service in 2026. The follow-up question is what they measure: ask to see an AI-visibility report from a live account.
Is a specialist better than a full-service agency for SEO?
A specialist wins when SEO is your primary growth bet and you have someone to coordinate channels internally. Full-service wins when you need one accountable partner across SEO and paid. The wrong answer is hiring a specialist and expecting full-service coordination for free.
How long before B2B SEO shows results?
Our planning rule: one to two quarters before leading indicators move, two to four before pipeline does. Victorious, for one, pairs its published floor with a twelve-month commitment, which tells you how practitioners size the runway. Treat any promise of first-page rankings within weeks as a warning sign, not a shortcut.
Why is COSEOM® first on its own list?
Because we wrote the list and hiding that would be worse. The ranking criteria are published above and applied to us unchanged. Fifteen real alternatives follow, several of them the stronger choice if you need a US-only, single-market program.
