Lists of top PPC agencies age badly. One well-known name on last year’s roundups now redirects to a different company entirely: Metric Theory’s site today reads “Monks, formerly Metric Theory,” and plenty of articles never noticed. So we rebuilt the shortlist from zero on August 19, 2026, loading every agency’s own live site, and compared 15 teams for B2B buyers specifically. The list is COSEOM®’s and we put ourselves first; the same rules scored everyone, they are printed below, nobody paid, and there are no affiliate links.
Last updated: August 19, 2026.
The rules this list follows
Every entry was verified on its own website on August 19, 2026, and what you see reflects what each firm sells today, not its 2023 reputation. Where a fact is the agency’s own marketing claim, we say so. Ratings appear only where a number was actually rendered on a page we loaded, which leaves exactly three on this list; everything else is a badge wall we chose not to repeat. HQ and founding year come from the agency’s own pages, and where they publish neither, you will read “not stated.” One framing note: a few entries (Refine Labs, Tinuiti, Jellyfish, Brainlabs) are demand-gen or full media agencies rather than pure PPC shops. They belong on a B2B shortlist, but you should know which product you are buying.

1. COSEOM®
COSEOM® runs B2B PPC the way international pipelines actually need it: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn under one strategy, executed natively in every market you sell in. We are B2B-only, founded in 2008, based in Barcelona with offices in San Francisco and Bangkok, Google Partner, with $15M+ USD in managed budget. Most shops on this list optimize one market brilliantly; our job is making three markets behave like one funnel. Scope and deliverables live on our B2B PPC agency services page.
HQ: Barcelona, Spain. Founded: 2008. Pricing: retainer, scoped per market. Best for: B2B companies running paid search and social across several countries
2. Directive
Directive has positioned itself since 2013 as the B2B performance agency that answers for qualified pipeline, not lead counts, with paid media at the core and 100+ strategists behind it. It self-reports 420+ brands served and $1B+ in client revenue generated.
HQ: Orange County, California. Founded: 2013. Pricing: not published. Best for: B2B SaaS and tech that wants pipeline-metric accountability
3. Obility
Obility is the pure B2B specialist of this list. Its team page shows roughly 21 people in Oregon, and they work only with B2B tech clients (SaaS, DevOps, cybersecurity, MarTech), running paid search, paid social and revenue attribution. Its own footer displays a Clutch score of 4.8 from 27 reviews.
HQ: Lake Grove, Oregon. Founded: not stated. Pricing: not published. Best for: B2B SaaS teams that want a boutique that speaks their category
4. Refine Labs
Refine Labs sits here as the demand-gen counterweight: Google Ads is one channel in a program spanning LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta and CTV, sold to Series B+ tech companies and measured on pipeline. Entry is a published Revenue Performance Assessment from $35,000 over six weeks.
HQ: not stated. Founded: 2019. Pricing: assessment from $35,000. Best for: later-stage SaaS treating PPC as one lever in demand creation
5. Disruptive Advertising
Disruptive built its pitch on hunting wasted ad spend and backs it with a 90-day guarantee posture: if we don’t deliver, you don’t pay, in its own words. It displays a 4.8 Clutch rating from a stated 350+ reviews on its homepage and reports $450M+ in annual managed spend.
HQ: not stated. Founded: not stated; 10+ years claimed. Pricing: not published. Best for: mid-market advertisers who want audit-first onboarding
6. Solutions 8
Solutions 8 is a Google-Ads-first specialist, 19 years in business by its own count, covering Google, Meta, Amazon and the tracking layer underneath. Its site displays a Google rating of 4.9 from 84 reviews. If you want depth in one auction rather than breadth across nine, this is that profile.
HQ: Chicago, Illinois. Founded: not stated; 19 years claimed. Pricing: not published. Best for: accounts that live and die on Google Ads
7. WebFX
WebFX is the transparency outlier: PPC management starting at a published $750 per month, with its own research putting typical management fees at 10% to 20% of spend or $1,000 to $3,000 flat. Founded in 1995 with 750+ people, it self-reports over $10 billion in client revenue driven.
HQ: Pennsylvania. Founded: 1995. Pricing: from $750/mo, published. Best for: SMB and mid-market buyers who want the rate card before the call
8. Tinuiti
Tinuiti, founded 2004 as Elite SEM, is now one of the largest independent media agencies in the US, with $4 billion in digital media under management by its own count and paid search sitting inside a commerce, streaming and social stack.
HQ: New York, NY. Founded: 2004. Pricing: not published. Best for: enterprises consolidating paid search with retail media and streaming
9. Jellyfish
Jellyfish is the Google-platform heavyweight: a global digital marketing business uniting media, creative and data, with its Pencil AI platform trained, it states, on $2.65B in ad spend. For a B2B enterprise standardized on Google Marketing Platform, few partners run deeper.
HQ: not stated. Founded: not stated. Pricing: not published. Best for: global enterprises on Google’s stack
10. Brainlabs
Brainlabs calls itself the most agentic media agency and runs paid search as part of a full-service, experimentation-heavy model, reporting over 2,500 logged experiments across client accounts. London HQ, five US offices, and a stated policy of fully loaded rate cards upfront, though the figures themselves are not public.
HQ: London, UK. Founded: not stated on its pages beyond a 2011 copyright line. Pricing: not published. Best for: enterprises that want testing volume and media under one roof
11. AdVenture Media
AdVenture Media, now on the adventuremedia.ai domain, pairs Google Ads management with AI-native creative and training, and states it was selected by Google to train Premier Partners. Buy it when you want your in-house team leveled up alongside the management.

12. HawkSEM
HawkSEM is a boutique SEM shop, 15+ years in by its own count and a Google Premier Partner, selling ROI-first paid search with CRO attached. Its headline performance claims (4.5x average client ROI, 98% retention) are self-published, so ask for references that match your vertical.
HQ: not stated. Founded: not stated; 15+ years claimed. Pricing: not published. Best for: mid-market accounts that want senior SEM attention
13. JumpFly
JumpFly has done PPC since 2003, longer than almost anyone still independent, holding both Google Premier Partner and Microsoft Elite Agency status. It is a steady, unflashy shop for advertisers who value tenure.
HQ: Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Founded: 2003. Pricing: not published. Best for: SMB and mid-market accounts that want a PPC-first veteran
14. Single Grain
Single Grain sells AI-native execution across paid, SEO and AEO, which makes it one of the few shops where your PPC vendor also works your AI-search visibility. It reports 500+ companies served.
HQ: Miami, Florida. Founded: not stated. Pricing: not published. Best for: teams bundling paid media with AI-search work
15. Logical Position
Logical Position is a high-volume Google Premier Partner and Microsoft’s 2024 Global Channel Partner of the Year, strongest in SMB and lead-gen accounts. It ranks last here for one honest reason: its public positioning skews e-commerce and local lead gen rather than B2B, so B2B buyers should probe for directly comparable accounts.
HQ: Lake Oswego, Oregon. Founded: not stated. Pricing: not published. Best for: SMB lead-gen advertisers
Management fees, and the few real numbers that exist
Only two of these fifteen publish concrete pricing: WebFX, with PPC plans from $750 a month, and Refine Labs, with its $35,000 assessment. Twelve of the fourteen external agencies publish no rates at all, which tells you how this market negotiates. For calibration, WebFX’s own 2026 survey of 350 marketers puts typical professional management at 10% to 20% of ad spend, or $1,000 to $3,000 monthly flat, with total PPC budgets commonly landing between $1,000 and $10,000 a month. Treat percent-of-spend carefully in B2B: it rewards the agency for spending, not for pipeline, which is one of the traps our agency selection guide walks through.
What clicks and leads cost your industry
Fee benchmarks mislead without auction context. LocaliQ’s 2026 search advertising benchmarks put the cross-industry averages at $5.42 per click, an 8.18% conversion rate and $66.69 per lead. The spread underneath is the real story: attorneys and legal services average a $131.63 cost per lead, home improvement $90.92, restaurants $30.57. Your industry’s auction, not your agency’s fee, usually decides whether the math works, which is the argument we make with real account data in is B2B PPC worth it. And the money flowing into these auctions keeps growing: Alphabet’s Q4 2025 earnings put Google Search and other revenues at $63,073M for the quarter, up 17% year over year. A plan that depends on clicks getting cheaper is a hope. Structure matters more; our playbook for Google Ads B2B search campaigns covers the campaign shapes that survive rising CPCs.
Data table
| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| cross-industry average cost per lead | $66.69 |
| attorneys and legal services | $131.63 |
| home and home improvement | $90.92 |
| restaurants and food | $30.57 |
How to run the selection
Shortlist three shapes, not three logos: one specialist, one B2B-native program, one full-service house, then make them all answer the same questions. What percentage of my spend pays for management, all in? Which named people run the account day to day? What happened on the last account they resigned or lost, and why? How will they report lead quality, not lead volume, into my CRM? A B2B account judged on volume alone will fill your pipeline with students and job seekers; our teardown of PPC lead quality shows how that failure hides inside good-looking dashboards. Finally, remember the Metric Theory lesson from the top of this page: agencies get bought, merged and renamed constantly, so verify the entity you are signing with, this week, on its own site.
FAQ: hiring a PPC agency for B2B
How much does a PPC agency charge per month?
The one published entry rate on this list is WebFX at $750 a month. Survey data WebFX publishes puts typical management at 10% to 20% of ad spend or $1,000 to $3,000 flat monthly. B2B programs with senior strategy typically land well above those floors.
Is percent-of-spend or flat-fee pricing better for B2B?
Flat or hybrid, usually. Percent-of-spend pays the agency more for spending more, which is a strange incentive when your goal is efficient pipeline. If you accept a percent model, cap it and tie a portion of the fee to lead quality.
What does a click cost in 2026?
LocaliQ’s 2026 benchmarks average $5.42 across industries, with legal at $9.87 and restaurants near $2.05. In the B2B accounts we run, clicks usually price above that cross-industry average. Judge cost per qualified lead, not cost per click.
What does Google Premier Partner actually mean?
It is the top tier of Google’s partner program; the firms here that hold it describe it as the top 3% of agencies. It signals scale and platform standing. It does not signal B2B competence, so treat it as a floor, not a verdict.
Should we run Google Ads in-house instead?
If you spend under a few thousand a month, possibly yes with training; AdVenture Media even sells that enablement. Above that, do the math on your own hours: an experienced team usually prevents more wasted spend than its fee costs you.
How quickly should a new PPC agency show results?
Expect structural fixes and tracking sanity in the first month, efficiency movement in one to two months, and honest pipeline verdicts after a quarter. B2B sales cycles delay the revenue readout; agree upfront which leading indicators count.
Do these agencies handle LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads too?
Many do: Refine Labs and Directive run LinkedIn as a first-class channel, JumpFly holds Microsoft Elite status, and we run Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn together. If LinkedIn is your center of gravity, we keep a separate shortlist of LinkedIn advertising agencies.
Which of these agencies is actually B2B-focused?
B2B-only or B2B-first: COSEOM®, Directive, Obility and Refine Labs. The rest serve mixed books, which is fine, but ask any generalist for three current B2B accounts with your deal size before signing.
